ORDERS

Please expect 2-5 weeks for your order to be handmade and ready to ship. We try to accommodate expedited orders whenever possible. Contact us at info@savanefinejewelry.com prior to placing your order to confirm we can meet your requested delivery date. 

RETURNS

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final and no refunds will be given. All collection pieces are made to order and final sale. If there is an issue with size or quality please email us at info@savanefinejewelry.com.

RING SIZE

All products are listed with standard US sizing unless otherwise noted. Please contact us if you need help determining your ring size. Quarter sizes available by request. Please make a note at checkout.

TAXES

We collect local sales tax for any orders that ship to destinations within the State of California.  This sales tax, if any, will be added to the cost of your order during checkout.

CUSTOM DESIGNS

SAVANE holds copyrights and patents on all custom and collection pieces, designs and images. We request that you respect our intellectual property. Please do not copy or reproduce our designs or images.   

SHIPPING

All US orders are shipped via FedEx. Overnight and next day is available for an additional fee. Orders may not be shipped to P.O. Boxes.

We ship internationally via UPS or FedEx (depending on the shipping restrictions for particular countries). SAVANE is not responsible for the payment of any duties, taxes or other fees assessed to international shipments and SAVANE is not responsible for any delays or other issues that may arise when shipping internationally. All international orders are subject to shipping taxes, customs, duties, and fees based upon the destination country and the item(s) ordered.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. 

All orders require a signature upon delivery. Please make sure you are available to sign for your order. SAVANE is not responsible for any lost packages, delayed delivery, or any other issues once your order leaves SAVANE. If your order is sent back to SAVANE by the shipping company for failure to deliver, you will be required to pay for the re-shipment of your order. 

WARRANTY

Please be mindful that it is important to add fine jewelry to a homeowners, renters, or individual policy; this will protect against loss, damage or theft of jewelry.  Should repairs be needed, it is the client’s responsibility to ship and insure the piece(s); SAVANE can arrange a label for you by request. 

SAVANE will replace melee diamonds within the first 3 months (2mm and smaller) free of charge as long as there is no damage to the piece.  Should there be damage to the piece (missing prong, etc), SAVANE will replace the diamonds/stones at the cost to the client.  

Please keep in mind that fine jewelry is made from precious metals. While strong, these metals can become misshapen when pressure is applied.
